Board of Governors
The Board of Governors is responsible for overseeing the administration of USB affairs. Its duties include:
- administering USB assets
- creating administrative structures
- appointing senior staff
- establishing subcommittees
- approving the USB budget
- approving financial statements
- establishing, abolishing, affiliating or annexing faculties, schools, institutes, departments and chairs
- adding or abolishing programs or fields of study
- approving USB’s strategic plan
